Storm Front – Southwest Highway

When I was driving down to Albany another heavy front was passing over one side of the road and on the other the sun was still shinning and it gave the silos very surreal lighting, they look like tin soldiers guarding the fields.

CARNAC ISLAND

Carnac Island is a nature reserve off Fremantle, it is between Garden and Rottnest Islands and is home to Australian Sea Lions and sea birds. Thanks to Mark for organising the trip and it was great to catch up with all the other photags.

Peta - Thanks Stuart, was wishing for some clouds but just an inversion layer caused by a fire on the mainland, still it made for subtle lighting.
